What is Department of Social Design?
Designing a better future where cities are vibrant and people live happily.

Social design is about contributing to regional revitalization by using ICT technology and planning skills based on the information dissemination power of design. After learning not only visual design but also an understanding of regional culture and business management skills, students will acquire "design" in the broad sense to solve various issues such as the environment, society, lifestyle, regional revitalization, and cultural inheritance.

Practical Program
This program aims to improve the skills of students so that they can be selected and awarded in competitions that students can take part in. It also gives a boost to all participants. Two courses will be held: "Words and Letters." Specifically, participants will learn how to create "words," which are the core of communication. While learning this method from a professional copywriter, they will receive corrections on their work that they will actually submit to the competition. They will also learn how to create "letters," which form the core of the design. Here, too, they will receive various hints from a professional typography designer to help them win a prize.
