Kyushu Sangyo University 's support system gives you a strong push towards the world.

In this era of great internationalization and information technology, having a global perspective and sensibility is a must for the working people of the future. In order to meet such social needs, we are actively promoting study abroad and overseas training. We support a wide variety of study abroad programs, from study abroad programs where students participate as representatives of the university, programs that support individual study abroad, overseas training where students go abroad for training as part of their classes, and systems that include intensive English training and internships at overseas companies.

Study Abroad

A system under which a university sends students to overseas partner universities with which it has exchange agreements.

Individual study abroad support system

A short-term program in which students study specialized subjects and different cultures and gain internship experience in various countries and regions around the world.

Undergraduate Curriculum

This program provides attractive overseas training that takes advantage of the characteristics of each faculty and department as part of the curriculum.

Exchange agreement partner

As part of our approach to overseas, our university has concluded student exchange agreements and academic exchange agreements with overseas universities, and is carrying out various international exchange activities between the universities. (★ indicates the host university)

Study Abroad

The period of study abroad will be counted towards the number of years required to complete your studies at our university. Credits earned abroad will be recognized as graduation credits within a certain range according to the standards of the faculty you are enrolled in at our university. In addition, our university has its own unique support system for studying abroad, including a scholarship system.

Overseas experience in various categories

This program provides as many students as possible with the opportunity to experience abroad in various countries and regions around the world as soon as possible after enrollment. The overseas experience programs will be prepared in a wide range of categories, including language training, volunteering, internships, arts, sports, self-development (developing countries), architecture and history, and first overseas experience courses. The dispatch period will be within one month during the summer and spring challenge months, and students who pass the selection process, including document screening and interviews, will be supported with part of the program costs.

Undergraduate Curriculum

Intercultural training is safe when you're with your peers

There are various overseas training programs that utilize the characteristics of each faculty and department. The name varies depending on the faculty, and students can go abroad as part of their classes. Since students will be spending time with their teachers and classmates on site, even those who are reluctant to go abroad can feel at ease. The destination, timing, and cost vary depending on the faculty. Training costs are borne by the student, but in order to reduce the financial burden on students, part of the program costs will be supported.

Its main activities include faculty and student exchange with universities in other countries, student exchange programs, study abroad support and consultation, educational and living support for international students, and the smooth promotion of international exchange programs.

There is a study abroad promotion corner where you can get information and advice on studying abroad, a language consultation corner with staff on-site, a conversation corner where Japanese students and international students can interact, and a variety of international exchange events are also held.

Arts and Cultural Exchange

In addition to exchange programs, Faculty of Art and Design sends students to universities and other educational institutions in Germany and France for the purpose of artistic and cultural exchange.
