Next-Generation Digital Technology Acquisition Academy
Selected students will work in teams with leading professional game designers to create a game through collaborative research. The students will design the game from conception to production, and will acquire the know-how and next-generation digital technology necessary for game production. As a result of their collaborative research, they will enter a contest with the goal of winning, and their portfolio will help them find employment in the future.

Building the foundation for learning
Students will learn the basics of visual design, including computer basics and drawing, focusing on exercises in each department.
Second year:Study a wide range of subjects in a specialized field.
Students will undertake practical training essential to specialized fields such as printing, package design, typography, and CG training.
Third year:Specialized and in-depth study
Students will join a research lab and engage in research and production with a view to completing their graduation project in their fourth year.
Activities for the future inthe fourth year
As the culmination of four years of study, students will complete their graduation research and create their own work. They will also plan for their future, including finding employment and working as an artist.

We train creators who will be responsible for the ever-evolving world of communication, not just in print media, but also in the web, social media, etc. Based on traditional graphic design, students will acquire solid formative skills and rich imagination and creativity that will enable them to contribute to the future of visual communication.
Illustration Design Major
Becoming an expressive illustrator based on the art of drawing
We train visual communication professionals who are familiar with the characteristics and purposes of various analog and digital media and have acquired comprehensive skills. Students will acquire solid formative skills, rich imagination and creativity, and the ability to use illustration expressions to communicate in a way that is easy to understand at a glance.

Through projects involving industry, academia, and government, students will gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between design and society, as well as its role and responsibility. Participating in internships at various companies from my first year of university allowed me to see the data and production processes actually used in games, which provided me with practical learning.
