Developing human resources who can utilize cutting-edge information mechatronics

"Information mechatronics" is a cutting-edge technology in science and engineering, born from the fusion of "information, machinery, and electricity." We train engineers who can adapt to the changing times by learning a wide range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, robots, next-generation automobiles, and smart grids (communication-controlled power networks), which are attracting attention in this field.

Acquire engineering skills through project design education

By participating in projects together with students from different fields of expertise, students experience the process of looking at issues from various perspectives, discussing ideas and working together to find solutions. Basic ICT education implemented across all faculties

Basic ICT education is provided by specialist faculty from the Department Department of Information Science across all faculties. All undergraduate students are loaned laptops with office software and a program development environment installed, allowing them to study in a flexible learning environment regardless of time or place.
