The reporting desk also doubles as a consultation desk, and will accept questions regarding the pros and cons of reporting, etc. Please note that the reporting desk will not accept general opinions or complaints, but will report them to the relevant departments as information and use it to improve operations.
How to report
As a general rule, please report to the internal or external reporting desk below by filling out the "Compliance Reporting Desk Reception Form" after clearly indicating your name and contact information. Anonymous reports are also accepted, but please be aware that there is a possibility that we may not be able to fully investigate the facts and that there are limitations to our response. If your contact information is not clear, we may not be able to inform you of whether an investigation is conducted or the results.
