Koga City Children's Art Class

Undergraduate and Graduate School
  • Art Museum × Koga City

Project Overview

This project has been carried out since the university's museum opened as a commissioned project by Koga City. It is an art class for elementary and junior high school students, with student volunteers taking care of everything from planning to execution. Students brainstorm ideas, plan, prepare, and carry out crafts, mainly using materials from around the house. In previous years, participants have been free to create at their own pace while enjoying communicating with students. In 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the class was not held in person, and the crafts were introduced on Koga City's website.
