Students from Faculty of Economics held an exchange event with Busan University of Foreign Studies!

From November 1st (Sat) to 4th (Tue), nine students from the Department of Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics, visited Busan to participate in an exchange event with Busan University of Foreign Studies, an inter-faculty exchange partner institution, led by Professor Kwak Chi-woong and Lecturer Inoue Hiroshi of the same department.

On the first day, they explored the city, and on the second day, they took part in a tour of Gyeongju guided by Professor Park, Professor Bae, and their students, and interacted with faculty members and students studying Japanese at the Faculty of International Studies.

On the third day, the group visited the university, where students tried on traditional costumes and took part in a campus tour, while faculty members exchanged opinions at an academic exchange seminar.

Hiroki Taniguchi (Genkai High School), a fourth-year student in the same department who participated in the exchange event, said, "On the Gyeongju tour, we visited the National Gyeongju Museum and Bulguksa Temple, where we learned about Korean history, and by learning about Japanese history, we were able to understand the differences in each other's cultures and history.
