Human Resources- Nurturing human resources who can contribute to the community through interpersonal support
- Based on the fundamental principle of "respect for humanity," we cultivate the ability to explore human growth and development from infancy from both the mind and body perspectives in a multifaceted and scientific manner, and we aim to nurture "people who support others" and develop human resources who can contribute to the local community.

- With the aim of cultivating talent that can act independently and flexibly to address various social issues, we promote "KSU Project-based Education," a problem-solving, active learning method, and develop practical learning in collaboration with other faculties and outside the university.
