Founded in 1960, our university will celebrate its 65th anniversary in 2025. To celebrate this milestone, we have created a Heritage Corner on the first floor of Building 1 and the corridor on the first floor of Building 2, showcasing the vision and history of our Jishiro Nakamura, Professor The Heritage Corner, the progress of university reforms in recent years, and our global education initiatives, including collaboration with GLP and Stanford University in the United States!
The first floor area of Building 1 is designed with the concept of "conveying the founding spirit, brand message, and appeal of the university through recent educational reforms," and includes the thoughts of Professor Jishiro Nakamura, the changes over the past 10 years including faculty reorganization, educational reforms, and the brand message.
The first floor area of Building 2 is based on the concept of "promoting the appeal of our unique international exchange programs and cross-cultural experiences," and features graphics that allow students to experience international exchange content and the cultures and traditions of countries around the world, including the countries of origin of our international students. This area has been positioned as Global Street, and we will work to make it even more attractive in the future as a base for promoting international exchange in conjunction with Global Plaza.
Please be sure to take a look when you visit our school.
