On Saturday, March 28th, we held "Campus Festa 2026".
This event, aimed at high school students and their parents, was a learning-focused event that allowed them to explore university studies based on their own interests. The main venue was "Arteria," the student cafeteria on the first floor of the Central Hall, where mini-lectures to deepen understanding of academic fields, hands-on workshops, and facility tours were held. Many participants from within and outside the prefecture visited and experienced the atmosphere of the university.

On the same day, art-related experiential events "Art & Design" and science and engineering experiential events "Science & Technology" were also held. Through workshops where participants could receive direct instruction from active painters and photographers, as well as hands-on experiences such as application development and a wooden model bridge contest, the event provided participants with an opportunity to learn specialized skills and be exposed to various academic fields.

In addition, the booth titled "What Current University Students Say! ~Learning and Growth at University~," which was well-received last year, featured presentations by the university's student public relations casters, offering student-centric perspectives on topics such as the schedule during the academic term and living alone. Each session was fully booked, demonstrating its immense popularity.

　A second-year high school student from Fukuoka Prefecture who participated with a friend said, "I'm interested in economics and international exchange, and I also wanted to get a feel for the atmosphere on campus. The campus is so spacious and beautiful, I thought it would be wonderful to spend my university life in a place like this. Listening to the mini-lectures has motivated me, so I'll do my best in my studies from now on."

In the future, this event is scheduled to be held in three cities in Nagasaki, Oita, and Kagoshima prefectures in April.
