The training began with suburi, followed by technique practice and free practice, and ended with a match-style tachiai. During the training, the participants communicated in Japanese using kendo terminology and calls, and after the training, they were seen exchanging bows and asking for handshakes.
The event's organizer, Miura Tomonori (3rd year student, Department Department of Sport Science and Health Faculty of Human Sciences / Miyazaki Kita High School), said, "This joint training was a very valuable opportunity, not only for the exchange of techniques, but also for us to connect through kendo, transcending differences in country and language. We hope to use this as an opportunity to continue our international exchange in the future."
