To ensure that those affected by heavy rains from June 24, 2026 (Wednesday) onward, or by natural disasters such as the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, are not denied the opportunity to take entrance examinations due to economic reasons, we will provide financial support for the application fees for the 2027 entrance examinations.
1.Target area
“Reiwa 8 Disaster Relief Act Application Area”
(Kumamoto City and 21 other municipalities in Kumamoto Prefecture, Satsumasendai City in Kagoshima Prefecture, etc.)
2.Target audience
Applicants whose households reside in the above-mentioned target areas and who meet any of the following criteria

The financial supporter of the applicant's household (the father or mother, or someone who is responsible for supporting the family in their place).
(The same applies below.) The home owned by the person(s) is completely destroyed, partially destroyed, flooded above floor level, or burned down.

3. Support details
The application fee for admission in the 2027 academic year will be fully waived.
*Refunds will be issued to examinees who have already paid the examination fee.
4.Required documents
a. Application Form for Exemption from Application Fee for Graduate School Admissions, Kyushu Sangyo University University, 2027 Academic Year
b. Documents proving the relationship with the primary breadwinner (e.g., a copy of the resident registration certificate)
c. Documents proving the extent of the damage
- A "Disaster Victim Certificate" issued by the city/ward/town/village (a copy is also acceptable) (for those in category 2.1 above)
- Documents proving death or disappearance (copies are acceptable) (in the case of person ② in item 2 above)
*Personal information obtained through this application will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing eligibility for exemption from the entrance examination fee.
