- How many years can I stay in the dormitory?
- As a rule, students stay in the dormitory for one year (11 months from April 1st to the end of February). This period is intended to allow students to get used to university life. However, some students are permitted to stay in the dormitory until their second year. Applications are accepted in September, and students are selected based on their character and academic performance, and are permitted to continue living in the dormitory (approximately 10-20 males and a few females).
- Are meals provided every day?
- Breakfast and dinner are served every day (Monday to Sunday) except during summer and winter holidays. We make arrangements for club members and dormitory students who have night classes to eat outside of these hours.
- I'm worried about whether I'll be able to make friends in the dorms.
- We plan various events to help dormitory residents make friends quickly.
①In order to enable you to make friends from the same faculty, rooms on each floor are assigned by faculty.
②We hold social gatherings for each prefecture so that you can make friends from your hometown.
③We will hold sports tournaments between each level so that students can make friends through sports.
- How do I receive mail and packages?
- Registered mail and packages will be kept at the office and will be communicated to the dormitory student, so please bring your student ID and personal seal to the office to pick them up. Regular mail (postcards and envelopes) will be placed in your individual mailbox, so please collect them yourself.
- How are the dormitories managed?
- There are office staff on duty 24 hours a day. Also, there are dormitory supervisors (seniors with dormitory life experience) on each floor who can give you advice on classes, clubs, and more.
- What if you suddenly get sick?
- If you feel unwell or experience any physical abnormalities during the day, please consult the Health Office on the 3rd floor of Building 1. We will provide first aid, and depending on your symptoms, we will refer you to a medical institution. In the case of emergencies at night or on holidays, there are emergency hospitals nearby, so please consult the dormitory office staff or dormitory supervisor.

- Curfew is 23:00. The dormitory supervisor will check that students are in the dormitory.
