On March 24, 2026 (Tuesday), our university and the Pyrenees Higher School of Fine Arts and Design in France concluded an international exchange agreement (inter-university exchange agreement) with the aim of promoting and strengthening academic cooperation and facilitating cultural exchange.
The Pyrenees Higher School of Fine Arts and Design is a public higher education institution with campuses in Pau and Tarbes in southwestern France. It provides specialized education in the fields of art and design and is a national institution under the jurisdiction of the French Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, awarding DNA (National Diploma in Fine Arts) and DNSEP (National Diploma in Advanced Expression, Master's Degree). The school cultivates artists and creators who are active in the fields of art, culture, visual creation, and communication.
With the signing of this agreement, we will proceed with establishing a regular exchange student program and further develop academic and cultural exchange between the two universities.
Going forward, our university will continue to promote diverse initiatives aimed at enhancing international exchange, with the goal of fostering globally-minded individuals.
