On May 3rd (Sunday, a public holiday), our university's cheerleading club, Vigorous, performed in the parade of the "Hakata Dontaku Port Festival," which brightens up the early summer in Fukuoka. This was the club's second consecutive appearance in the festival.
Despite the rainy weather on the day, the club members kept their smiles on and delivered an energetic performance. Their cheerful performance, undeterred by the rain, cheered on the spectators along the route and created a bright and cheerful moment.
This year, in addition to current members, alumni also participated, and the parade was even more exciting than last year thanks to the teamwork that transcended generations.
Our university will continue to spread smiles and vitality through participation in local events.
